Hi,could you try to remove the EW from the current network and use it on another network?As you can see the notice here,it is not recommended to use EW and RAP in the same network,which may cause unknown issues. |
GTAC-Karl replied at 2023-3-10 16:10 Hi Karl Already removed EW1200 and added again. Still the same error. I understand if not recommended but it would be nice to have Reyee fix this in the Cloud. It works fine when I am onsite and login to the Internet\Gateway Router. Thanks for reply |

Jacques Rossouw replied at 2023-3-11 02:23 Hi, sir Sorry for the late reply. According to our R&D, this is the limit of Ruijie Cloud APP and EW1200 itself, not a bug. From Ruijie Cloud web, it can capture the user online information directly on EW1200. But from Ruijie Cloud APP, it doesn't support to capture the user online information directly on devices, which means it needs to wait for devices themselves to upload user information to server. Unfortunately, EW1200 does not support to upload user information by itself due to some limitation. Hope you will understand this statement. |
