I have two RG-S6120-20XS4VS2QXS and I am missing two ruijie SFPs +, Can I connect 10G SFP+ from another brand (ubiquiti) that I have in stock?

You can try to connect, but it is recommended that you use Ruijie's SFP +, because the compatibility of different manufacturers is also different.
