Can`t get acsess to my acount

Hello, i need to move my projects to another account, from kk@iqengineering.ru but it is not working any more due country restriction. Or maybe you can help me unbind projects in that account?

Hello bro,

You can refer to the following step to hand over project:

1.Click Hand over to hand over a project to another account.

(Enter the tenant (account) name, the hand over process unable to complete if the account did not exist. )


2.During receive a notification of project take over, click Take over Network to receive over the project from someone.


3.Click Take over to receive the project.
   Click Refuse to decline a project acceptance.
