CPU Protect Policy (CPP) is used to prevent the CPU of a network device from receiving unnecessary and malicious data streams on the network, and to improve the security performance of the network device itself. It is a protection function of the device's own CPU.

NFPP, (Network Foundation Protection Policy), which is used to place malicious attacks that are often found in the network environment. These attacks will put an excessive burden on the switch, cause the switch to have high CPU utilization, and cause the switch to fail to operate normally.
