What is ES switch firmware version? If not the latest one, please upgrade first. Connecting a PC or laptop to the port of the ESW, then ping 'iotsvr-eu.ruijienetworks.com' on that PC or laptop to check whether it can ping normally. 3. If ping failed, pls try to ping gateway address and check. 4. If ping success, you can try to check the cloud service here, and share with us the screenshot If the issue still exists, please help to capture packet for me talk with me again.
