My question is, if I want to enable Ruijie captive portal redirection (to Ruijie Cloud) in gateway level instead of the AP level, what parameters I need to use ? My target is to disable captive portal in APs & keep it enabled in the gateway. I don't want to use Local-Auth, I want to use Web-Auth. Is it possible ? |

GTAC-Jenny replied at 2022-5-18 09:41 Dear Madam, I have gone through the document fully yesterday & I have 2 questions related to this. first, it's only possible to synchronize only one template from the captive portal, my requirement is to have two templates for 2 SSIDs. As per my research, it's not supported to synchronize more than one template to the gateway & for that we need to use local template on the gateway. Now my questions are, is there any workaround to use multiple templates ? Also, if it's not possible then how to edit the local template & modify it so both templates will look similar ? Lastly, is there any other approach I can follow for this scenario ? I decided to disable the captive portal on the APs level because I'm getting SSL certificate error especially in iphone & while roaming. So, I'm assuming that if I keep it centralized on the gateway level, the issue could be resolved. Thank you |
