We are currently using an EG-105G V2 as the Master AC in our network of 30+ access points and more or less 100 simultaneous users. Most access points are connected via GPON Network thru the ONU on a specific VLAN and have been running the setup for months without any issues. However recently at random times, access points suddenly lose connectivity and I find out that a RAP-2200(F) Access Point was nominated to act as the Master AC which causes the other Access Points to be disconnected from the EG-105G. In this instance, the EG-105G is still active to the network and the two now conflict with each other until I repower the RAP-2200(F). We think this has something to do with the limitations of the EG-105G since it is not really designed to be an AC. |
