Hi sir, I'm sorry that we can't provide a specific solution for you based on current information.Can you help to check the follows aspects: 1.Check failed synchronization content by following steps: If the SSID synchronization fails, you can manually trigger the synchronization test. then wait 3 minutes and refresh page and check Config Status 2.If you have configured PPSK, you are advised to manually edit and save it again, no need change any configuration 3.then manually trigger the ssid synchronization again 4.If you still have this issue, please share the project with me, this is my email:Steve <liuxiyang@ruijie.com.cn> Best regards, Steve |
