Can you help to check the follows aspects: 1. check work mode of the ap, only ap with macc mode can be on cloud check command : show ap-mode if it shows as fit or fat, cannot be on cloud, use the following commands to switch work mode to macc: ap-mode macc 2. check if you can ping www.google.com from AP? if you cannot, plz add these command and ping again:
if it is cwmpsvr-eu.ruijienetworks.com, check if you can ping cwmpsvr-eu.ruijienetworks.com and the domain can be resolved as 3.77.1.187 or not and the ping is successful or not if it is devicereg.ruijienetworks.com, check if you can ping devicereg.ruijienetworks.com and the domain can be resolved as 3.74.187.175 or not and the ping is successful or not if they are resolved but ping time out, plz check if the firewall has any log about the 2 url above, if these 2 domain,ip and ports have been permitted 4. input conf t cwmp acs url http://cwmpsvr-as.ruijienetworks.com/service/tr069servlet end conf t cwmp acs url http:/devicereg.ruijienetworks.com/service/tr069servlet end wr wr if the issue still exists, please show me your test result and talk with me in Community.
