I had an issue with switch RG-ES218GC-P.
Main connection - Starlink, used Starlink router > Ruijie Switch > 2 x accesspoint.
The problem looks like switch doesn't want to work with Starlink as router. When created project, added both APs without any problem but when tried add switch it shows info ''waiting when device come online'' (or something like this).
Both APs connected to switch was broadcasting WiFi with internet access, aleso if plugged into switch by cable I could do speed test but cloud not allowed me to add switch because it was ''offline''. Swapped switch for new - same model - situation same. Finally I used Ruijie router (EG105G-V2) after starlink and switch come online and I could add it into switch.
Anyone had same or similar issue with RG-ES218GC-P?

Good day.
We have not reported an incompatibility issue with these devices and Starlink. When this happens, it is necessary to connect to the device and check that the cloud service is correct. I am sharing the link on how to troubleshoot when a device is offline.
