Keep Alive time on RG-EG105GW(T)

Hi, I have RG-EG105GW(T), and after the connected computer not using the internet after a certain time, RG-EG105GW(T) automatically cut off the computer from the internet. How to set the time on Ruijie cloud? or any other way?. Can someone give a link or detail guidance to solve this problem? Thank you. |

Dear Tantan, It is unusual that the RG-EG105GW(T) actively disconnect the PC after it is not in use for a while. May I ask if your PC is connected wirelessly? Could you check the following option on the PC to see if it disconnects when it sleeps? Press Windows Key + S, and type Network and Sharing Center. Click on the top result to open Network and Sharing Center. Click on Change adapter settings. Right click on Wireless Network Connection and select Properties. Click on the Configure button. Choose the Power Management tab. Uncheck the Allow the computer to turn off this device to save power. |
