hi ruijie, i have a wireless network using ruijie AP720-L in my office floor. our bandiwidth is dedicated 100Mbps and our user wireless almost 350 device in my floor have another vendor wireless AP (aruba) and this AP cannot replace due political issue. my ruijie AP getting slow signal and ping to internet intermittent. Can you inform to us how to fix the problem ? thanks for your support. |

Could you please describe the network topology and what is the wired connection speed test result compared with WiFi speed test result? The WiFi speed is affected by the negotiated rate between the end devices and AP. When the end device is connected to AP at a shorter distance, it will receive stronger signal and also higher speed, this can be reflected in higher RSSI value. You may check the negotiated rates and RSSI of connected users on Ruijie Cloud using Web CLI, please test the WiFi speed when both negotiated rates and RSSI are high on the AP. Best regards, Jayden |
