we just discover a very strange thing on Ruijie cloud.
I have someone elses device on my profile, those devices just appear in my file from no where.
and meanwhile I have one sector just keep on changing back to Auto frequency, so my client got disccounted. Once i havec change to Max power, it also been change to auto … it has some ghost somewhere.
so I have deleted it from cloud and see does it come back, and strange thing is … it does that again …. so i have to manually set it twice and click on SAVE and make sure it is on frequency i have set it.

monitor today again, it seem back to normal after removed this device from cloud.

Hello,

I‘m sorry that we can't provide a specific solution for you based on current information. Do you have any screenshots you can show us about the phenomenon of this problem?
Is the device in the device list? Or topology?
Regarding the issue of power automatically changing to auto, have you checked the operation log of the cloud?

Best regards,

Micca

checking thru the whole day of yesterday from the log, there is only on configure log on 868B device on power, and 75 is the one basestation got power set back to Auto issue.

and unfortunately i have not taking screenshot of the scenario that other poeple device was on my list. but checking from log, you can see who are these devices ?

and I was wondering, my basestation of SN: end 75 can't configure to what i want and save it while it is on cloud.

Once i have deleted from cloud, everything back to normal.

Hi, c230kcoupe

Could you please help confirm whether the change is made to all 7 base stations or it happens randomly? When the frequency gets changed automatically, please log into the web interface of the base station and check if there is alarms, for example, detection of a radar event. Please refer to the following link for more details:
