Greetings, I have a gateway model RG-EG105G V2, it is installed in a truck, and we need to access a device that is connected to the LAN, this equipment is entered by web browser by typing the IP address of the same, try to leave the configurator the DYNAMIC DNS through DynDns but the internet provider does not allow it, it is STARLINK, and this works with carrier-level NAT (CGNAT), so they tell me that the solution is through VPN, I tried to do it in client-site mode, using the gateway as a VPN server but it didn't work for me. I was thinking then of installing a gateway as a VPN server in an office where there is a fixed IP address, and so that the gateways of the trucks connect to it and can access it as if they were on the same LAN. Am I right? |
