(1) Check whether the branch EG can ping to HQ EG. If can’t ping, please check the network connection between two EGs. Click Diagnostics->Network Tools, then you can start the ping operation. (2) Check whether the username and password on HQ VPN client settings are right or not. (3) Please refer to this guide “How to configure L2TP VPN on Reyee EG?” to check whether the setting is right. (4) Check whether the WAN IP of your HQ EG is the public IP. If it isn’t, you need to configure DMZ on your external device.
