3 Steps best practice setting : - Channel 36 - Channel-width 160Mhz only applicable for Channel 36 or 100 only (please take note)❗❗❗❗ - Wifi 6 enable |
Thank is awesome... I also use the same access point, however I cannot reach the same performance. I installed in a crowded wireless environment. Initially, I set the frequency width to 80 MHz 2,4 and 5G, but the performance was bad. Latency and loss was off the roof. Bandwidth test also really bad, in average less than 10 mbps. When I switched to 20 MHz for both 2,4 and 5 G, the performance is improved drastically. A 2,4 able to get around 50 mbps, while 5G can get more than 100 mbps. Do we have to consider our wireless environment before deciding the frequency width? Thank you |

Daisy replied at 2021-9-30 09:53 That is a very luxurious thing to have in a crowded environment. So, if you have a crowded wireless environment, a 20 MHz channel will perform better than a 40 MHz channel. That is based on my own experience, CMIIW. |
