Edited by CTO Nexo at 2023-12-21 00:17 Hi everyone, just unboxed this switchunit, plugged it to my ISP router (FTTH 1GBs) and added to a project through the app. But it didn't showed up, both on the app or online. Tried clearing the cookies and loading again, both the old and new interface for Ruijie Cloud. I have manually delivered the "not synced" items, but still doesn't show up as online. I checked the ports and all run as access ports like a non-manageable switch. Also checked it is running the lastest firmware version. Any help on this would be much aprecciated. You can check it in your URL.If your server is cloud-me, cloud-la or cloud-eu, please use eu. If your server is cloud-as, please change eu to as.On the other hand, replace XXXXXXXXXXXXXX with your device's SN.Regards, |
