I can't not configure channel at Ruijie 840 Aps

How can i fix that issue and i am facing that issue both Ruijie 840 and 730 model.

May i know if you configure radio of APs on the sub-project
if so, this is existing issue with Cloud and R&D still working on it
but we can configure radio settings on the web interface of the AP
or configure radio setting via commands:
