Capacity and interference on our network

I just want to ask, how come we are always encountering CAPACITY AND INTERFERENCE on our network.

May I know your device model? How is your network deployed?

Hi sir/madam,
1. Please check if your APs are Reyee AP, because only Reyee AP support this function. If you are using ruijie AP, then you can ignore it directly.
2. Please check if there is any error in your network. If no, please ignore it directly. If yes, please check whether there are Excessive associated users or Excessive multicast packets. If there are excessive users, please try to lower the STA limit of that AP. If there are excessive multicast packets, please check the reason and try to fix it

May I know what is the device of these two mac: c0a4.7637.c9ac and c0a4.7637.c98c? Please help provide the network topology and share the cloud project to our email (service_rj(Ruijie International) <service_rj@ruijienetworks.com>) to further check this issue.
