Hi, guys. I'm facing this problem where each time I add an NVR to my Ruijie cloud it says (Failed to login into NVR. The account is incorrect) even though I'm sure that I've entered the correct credentials. My NVR is connected to my ES226GC-P Switch which is connected to the internet. What could possibly be the reason? |
