Please your help.. I cant upgrade EG105G-P, i have dowload the firmware and install but the version still same Also cant found update from cloud Please your help THank You |

Hi: May I know the firmware version you want to upgrade but you can't? what is the firmware version you're currently using? did you try to reset your EG and try again sir? do you have the firmware version to try to upgrade your EG locally sir? Regards, Javier |

Dear My current firmware : EG_3.0(1)B11P35,Release(08132702) Is it latest firmware for EG105G-P ? did you try to reset your EG and try again sir? > Not Yet do you have the firmware version to try to upgrade your EG locally sir? > I have download from Ruijie Portal and try upgrade locally but still failed. But the status on Management Portal is looks like need to update firmware Thank You |
