RG-S8600 Series syslog question!

linecard of backbone L3 switch RG-8600 series have been reset with this syslog message " %DP-3-RESET_MODULE: Reset local module 2 due to hardware heartbeat timeout." what could cause this syslog? what is the reason that switch linecard rebooted? thank you for you help in advance. |

Dear sir, Please help provide the complete log before line card reset, and provide the detail model version information You can use the command 'show log' and 'show version' to check it. best regards Daisy |
