Social Media Outbound Policy Interface with gateway Ruijie EG2100-P,EG3230,EG3250

Hi
I'm trying to route all social domain name facebook,youtube,etc traffic over a specific connection. However I'm getting the error "Invalid Destination Domain Name" when I enter the domain *.googlevideo.com into the destination domain name field. example : Source any IP Address ==> Destination facebook.com Protocol Any, Algorithm Priority WAN 1. What could be the configure on

Hi Joy
I mean why gateway Ruijie isn't create Outbound Policy algorithm based route such as I need to send all traffic per WAN  by  domain name a while gateway still couldn't support this feature then next firmware could you please consider.

You can config  ‘Policy-based Routing’ on Ruijie EG , here is guide for you on page 147

Ruijie RG-EG Series Gateways Web-Based Configuration Guide, Release 11.9(1)B11S3.pdf (ruijienetworks.com)



You can also config this cunction via cli
ACL access list configuration:

                    Ip access-list standard 10 --- defines the access list sequence number as 10

                   10 permit host 192.168.1.100 ----Define the matching host Internet Protocol Address as 192.168.1.100

Policy routing configuration:

                    Route-map Gi0/0 permit 10 --- Define policy route named GI0/0, priority is 10

                   Match ip address 10 --- match ACL list number to 10

                   Set ip next-hop 192.168.33.3 --- Define 192.168.33.3 the next hop address is

Configure under the intranet interface:
                    Interface GigabitEthernet 0/0

                   Ip policy route-map Gi0/0---apply policy routing to intranet interface
