a) Check the Status and Config Status of the AP. If the AP Status is offline, the cloud will not deliver configurations to the device. If the AP is online and the Config Status is in synchronizing status, you can trigger the configuration synchronization manually. b) Check whether the SSID configuration is saved successfully. Click Save, then check the device configuration again. c) Check whether the AP version is the latest one. If not, upgrade it. d) If the features you configured are not supported by Reyee device, the related configurations will not be synchronized to Reyee device. |
