Title: How do I enable load balancing between AP radios on a wireless AC?
Run the following commands in APconfiguration mode:
inter-radio-balance flow-balanceenable// Traffic-based
inter-radio-balance num-balanceenable// STA-based
(Optional) Adjust inter-radioload balancing parameters on the AC. Adjust these parameters as required duringnetwork optimization.
Run the inter-radio-balance flow-balance dual-band enable-load en-num thresholdthrs-num command to configure the start limit for traffic-based load balancingamong inter-channel radios and the maximum load of each radio. A lower startlimit ensures easier enabling of load balancing. A smaller maximum loadindicates more balanced load.
Run the inter-radio-balance flow-balance same-band enable-load en-num thresholdthrs-num command
to configure the start limit fortraffic-based load balancing among co-channel radios and the maximum load ofeach radio. A lower start limit ensures easier enabling of load balancing. Asmaller maximum load value indicates more balanced load.
Run the inter-radio-balancenum-balancedual-bandenable-loaden-numthresholdthrs-numcommand to configure the start limit for user-based balancing among inter-channelradios and the maximum load of each radio. A lower start limit ensures easierenabling of user-based load balancing. A smaller maximum load value indicatesmore balanced load.
Run the inter-radio-balance num-balance same-band enable-load en-num thresholdthrs-num command
to configure the start limit foruser-based load balancing among co-channel radios and the maximum load of eachradio. A lower start limit ensures easier enabling of user-based loadbalancing. A smaller maximum load value indicates more balanced load.
