I would like information to about I current to use AP720-I & switch RuijieS1960-24G after I try create captive portal already and test I have any a problem with captive portal was error details as attachent files ,

Could you show me the configuration of captive portal you have done on cloud

Try to re-save the captive portal setting and the SSID setting.
And make sure that the clients can access　portal.ruijienetworks.com
