Title: How to troubleshoot if the ES switch cant online on Cloud?
Perform the following steps t troubleshoot:
a) Checking whether the ESW version is the latest
b) Connecting a PC or laptop to the port of the ESW, then ping 'iotsvr-as(or eu, this based on your location).ruijienetworks.com' on that PC or lapto to check whether it can ping normally.
c) Checking whether the UDP 6683 5683 7683 ports were allowed in the network
d) Reset device
e) Analyzing by capturing packets (it needs to ping iotsvr-as.ruijienetworks.com or iotsvr-as.ruijienetworks.com)
1) Checking whether the packet captured on the upstream device of the ES includes port 5683
2) This is the one packet that captured in the test.

thanks for your response. We have few Ruijie Access points also and its connected under the same Ruijie Switch and we are able manage those AP's through the cloud & it's working fine.
I do have same model 16P PoE switches also and behavior is same. The new IP what ever we are providing it's not accepting and cannot accessible through WEB but the same time default IP will work.

One more thing i noticed that, the system information page will show the manual IP what ever we added.

you mean you cant access the eweb of this ES switch when you manually configure a IP address for it?
