Title: Why I have added the QR code authentication but it didn't take effect?

Perform the following steps:

a) Check whether your IP address was included in the authorization IP/IP range. If not, you won’t beauthorized.

b) Check whether the QR code you scanned was correct or the latest, because the QR code need to be updated if the dynamic QR code has changed.
