Title: Does the self-organizing network support the preemption mode?
Preemption means that a new higher priority device is added to a stable network, and the Master will change accordingly. Typical preemption scenarios:
a) EG device is added to the RAP networking:
1) After the Master is successfully elected, a new EG is added and will become the new Master.
2) Preemption time: 7-8s
b) RAP device is added to the RAP networking:
1) After the Master is successfully elected, if a new RAP with higher priority is added, preemption will be delated.
2) Preemption time: If the boot time of the Master is less than 36 hours and the boot time of the new device is longer than 5 minutes, preemption will start. Otherwise, preemption will start if new device boot time is longer than 30 minutes.

Notice:
EG device can only act as the master and cannot be preempted. EG cannot be changed as a slave device.
