Hi, everybody.


I need your help with a problem:

My company have many APs 820, and all of them have a cloud account associated for management, this account is of old IT provider, and i need to configure the APs. The old provider no give the account.

When i reset the APs, using in console mode the command "delete config.text",  "apm factory-reset", and using "RESET" button, the configuration is reset, but in a few minutes, the configuration returns automatically to old provider parameters.


My cuestions is, how i can remove the account by console mode?
