Title: How to make an email account receive only alarm emails from a certain project in Ruijie Cloud?
Example: email A only receive the alarm email for project a, email B only receive the alarm email for project b.
a) Add contact information
1)Enter ”Contact” page to add Contact List.

2)Enter Name, Email, Mobile and Description and click Save.

3)Add a Contact Group

4)Add the contact list to contact group.

b)Alarm setting
1)Enter Alarm setting page > select network > enable “Email Alarm”

2)Add Contact Group List

Hello Sir,
In this case I have the issue cloud not send the message alarm to the email. before it working normally ,But now it stop send the message. could you please advice on this.

Hi sir
please try the following steps firstly:
1. Confirm whether the active mail is in the spam mailbox
2. Confirm whether the mailbox has a blacklist for the Ruijie
3. Please make sure all settings are correct and didn't changed

please check again, whether it work now, sorry that there was some issue of the email alarm function, now it should work.
