Title: Ruijie Cloud Tunnel Feature
a) For Ruijie devices, only Ruijie Gateway (Such as EG2100-P) ,Ruijie AC (Such as WS6008) and Ruijie AP (firmware version is W1B1 or above) can support create tunnel by themselves on Ruijie Cloud. Path: Click SN to enter device's Details page > Tunnel.

Type: Telnet, eWeb, SSHb) For Reyee devices, all devices（except ES series switches） can support create tunnel by themselves with cloud.

Type: Telnet, eWeb, SSHNotice： The SSH Tunnel of the Reyee device is only used by R&D for troubleshooting purposesc) On Device Details page of the device which does not support the tunnel function, you can choose a Remote Host who support tunnel feature in the same project to help creating tunnel for other devices that don’t support creating tunnels, if devices can communicate with each other.

d) Some devices that support creating tunnels can also support the Custom Tunnel feature.

Support Models: Ruijie EG, AC and Ruijie AP (firmware version is W1B1 or above) ,Reyee devices (except ES series switches).

You can use this function to create tunnels for other devices (including other brand devices) if devices can communicate with each other.

This feature is not working properly. I can SSH into jumpstation, but there is connectivity from jumpstation into the EG router. Can you please check?
