I had that issue, we have a DNS server on-site, this is assigned on the DHCP as primary DNS, so the device was unable to communicate with cloud, after we changed the DNS on the reyee device, it worked

If there are a on-site DNS server, try to add these domian with the common IP address to the DNS server, then it will work.
