Hi i need help to unbind the account from our device. the problem is we cant contact the person who bind the device and we already HARD RESET it. but it still need to use the old account.

Please send an email to service_rj@ruijienetworks.com and supply a picture of the device SN with a Time Watermark to prove you own this device now, or supply the purchase invoice of this device, so that we can assist in unbinding it from another's account for you.
