Title: Troubleshooting for AP Hardware issue
Fault Symptom 1
Scenario:The AP is powered off, and the indicator does not provide any indication.
Troubleshooting Procedure:
Step 1: Remove the AP decorative cover and connect the AP to the PoE power supply device for power supply.
Note: Replacement test, ensure the PoE adapter or PoE switches can work normally before it power up the AP.
Step 2: Check whether the indicator is on. Wait for about 3 minutes and check whether 192.168.110.1 can be accessed through the Web portal.
Step 3: If the fault persists after the preceding operations, the hardware is faulty. Send the hardware back to the factory for repair.
Fault Symptom 2
Scenario 1: After the AP is powered on, the SYS indicator blinks, but other indicators are off.
Scenario 2: After login to the AP, it showing the firmware loss issue, the device can not boot up normally.
Troubleshooting Procedure
Step 1:Remove the AP decorative cover and connect the AP to the PoE power supply device for power supply.
Step 2:Check whether the indicator is on. Wait for about 5 minutes and check whether the AP fault can be automatically rectified. Check whether 192.168.110.1 can be accessed through the Web portal.
Step 3:If the SYS indicator continuously blinks fast, which indicate the main program is lost, please follow the guide via https://www.ruijienetworks.com/rita  to recover the firmware for AP. If the fault persists after the preceding operations, the hardware is faulty. Send the hardware back to the factory for repair or replacement.
