1. Please check whether the service is enabled on switch by using the command 'show service'

Ruijie#show service

web-server : disabled

snmp-agent : enabled

telnet-server : enabled

2. If the web-server is disabled, you can use the following command to enable it

Ruijie#configure ter

Ruijie(config)#enable service web-server

Ruijie(config)#webmaster level 0 username admin password xxxx

Ruijie(config)#end
