You can use ACL to complete your requirements
1. Create extended ACL
2. Apply ACL on the corresponding sub interface
such as:
vlan 10:192.168.10.0/24 int g 0/2.10
vlan 20:192.168.20.0/24 int g 0/2.20
1、access-list 100 deny ip 192.168.10.0 0.0.0.255 192.168.20.0 0.0.0.255
2、int g 0/2.10
ip access-group 100 in
