Title: Reyee Network Switches firmware Update
Good day,
After updating all my clients network switches to the latest firmware ESW_1.0(1)B1P20,Release(09201814) I noticed that the fans on the switches run continuously . I'm almost sure it didn't do that on the older software. My question, is this normal and intended with the new firmware?

Dear Sir/Madam,
As confirmed with our R&D that it is normal that our fan always work in the latest version.
The new fan has a higher speed, better heat dissipation and longer life than the original fan. Although the sound is louder, this is normal. Please don't worry, it will not affect the use of the device.
