we have several 602 devices
which have mac adress. starting "ec:b9
" not synchronizing not roaming

other 602 devices mac addresses is starting with "9c:2b" without problem

what can i do ?

Hi, sir
If the configuration status remained " not synchronizing", you can try to manually click the triger by following this steps:
1.Click the "config status" of issue device.
2.Click deliver button in the Action column.

ofcourse already made several times. not helps.
please re read my questions. which mac adress starts with ec:b9 similar error.
other eap series working properly

how can access telnet ssh for that device ?

really sorry, sir
Reyee device doesn't support login via telnet and ssh for client.
This feature is only for R&D to check the issue on device now.
