Title: What can I do if the Web of the AP cannot be accessed?
(1) Check whether the IP address of the AP can be pinged from the computer. If not, check whether the IP address of the computer is in the same network segment as the AP.
(2) On the PC, open the CMD window and enter telnet AP IP 80 (using telnet to test the connectivity of port 80). In addition, run the show tcp connect command on the AP to check that port 80 of the https process is listening properly.
(3) If the ping succeeds, the web interface cannot be accessed.Get a different browser. Google Chrome is recommended.
(4) If ping fails,Web service of the device may be disabled. To enable the web service of the device, perform the following steps:
1)11.x supports web management. It is recommended to use the latest version, which can be downloaded from the official website of Ruijie
2) Log in to the device through telnet or console to enable the AP web function
Ruijie#configure terminal----> Enter the global configuration mode
Ruijie(config)#enable service web-server ----> Enable the web service
Ruijie(config)#end
Ruijie#wr ----> Save the configuration
(5) If the web interface still cannot be accessed, the PC terminal may be faulty. You are advised to try another terminal.
