Title: RG-EG3230 - Internal fans
Is there a hardware manual for RG-EG3230? I need to replace the internal fans. There are no distributor in the USA. I will install the fans.

May I know why you need to replace the internal fan for the device? what issue you have encountered? It is not allowed to disassemble the device without permission which may affect its warranty. If it is hardware issue, you cam create case for this device issue: https://caseportal.ruijienetworks.com/

Hello, The fans are noticable loud. My home office is next to closet with the network rack. There is nothing wrong with the gateway.

Dear Alonzo

As onfirmed with our hardware engineer, it is normal that the new fan sound is louder than the original one, because the new fan has been upgraded, the new fan has a higher speed, better heat dissipation and longer life than the original fan. Although the sound is louder, but please don't worry, it will not affect the use of the device.
