Dear sir,
When the Client disconnects, normally it would notify the DHCP Server with a unicast DHCP_Release message to inform the DHCP Server that it can release the assigned IP address. You may capture packets on the DHCP Server to check whether this message has been properly communicated between the Client and DHCP Server.
