Title: Cloud (Asia) not working after new website update
After the recent web update, I can no longer access my cloud manager. cloud-as.ruijienetworks.com.  Even when I try to go to cloud.ruijienetworks.com it redirects me to the same URL.  Please help, I need to view my network asap.

you mean after you fill this url "cloud-as.ruijienetworks.com" on browser then press enter on your keyboard, it will redirects to the following URL right?


May you help to check:
1. Do you still have this problem after changing your browser?

2. Does other PC also have this problem?

Yes.  All of these urls redirect to the same URL above.
cloud.ruijienetworks.com
cloud-as.ruijienetworks.com
cloud-eu.ruijienetworks.com

Then after redirecting, it does not load the page.
I've used different PCs and laptops, Windows 10, Windows 11, Ubuntu, using different browsers like Chrome, Firefox, Edge and Brave. Same result, page still loads.
I remember the last thing I did was click on Try Now when I was asked to try the new design.  I want to switch to old but I cannot open the site.

BTW, may I know whether other user's account will has this issue? Or only you account has this issue after change to the new design?

I just found that the problem is from the domain name cdn.bootcdn.net
We can change another DNS and make sure this domain can be resolved before visit ruijie cloud
nslookup.io/domains/cdn.bootcdn.net/dns-records/#authoritative
