Check rate limitation configuration enabled by different devices
1. Rate limitation on Ruijie EG
(1) Check whether IP range is correct

2. Check If user enables Flow Control

3. If the user chooses the corresponding user group

4. Check whether users add the policy successfully

2. Rate limitation on Ruijie AP

AP-based rate limit:
Format: Fat AP(config)#wlan-qosap-based {per-user-limit | total-user-limit } {down-streams | up-streams}average-data-rate average-data-rate brust-data-rate brust-data-rate
FatAP(config)#wlan-qosap-based per-user-limit down-streams average-data-rate 800 burst-data-rate 1600

Wlan-based rate limit:
Format: Fat AP(config)#wlan-qoswlan-based {wlan-id | ssid} {per-user-limit | total-user-limit} {down-streams |up-streams} average-data-rate average-data-rate brust-data-rate brust-data-rate
FatAP(config)#wlan-qoswlan-based 1 per-user-limit down-streams average-data-rate 800 burst-data-rate 1600

Mac-based rate limit:
Format: Fat AP(config)#wlan-qosnetuser mac-address {inbound | outbound} average-data-rate average-data-rate burst-data-rate burst-data-rate
FatAP(config)#wlan-qosnetuser 0001.0001.0001 inbound average-data-rate 800 burst-data-rate 1600
