Dear sir

Please help confirm the following thing to further check this speed issue:
1. May I know whether all the EW routers have the same issue?
2. May I know how far the user are from the router to connect to the wifi. You may check the user wireless negotiate rate to check whether it is normal.

3. It is also recommended to do wifi optimization on cloud and connect to 5G to further check.
4. If the problem is still not solved,  you can contact with us on Rita Live(https://www.ruijienetworks.com/rita ) with this case ID: CS20230927-2486034
for the problem. Thank you for your cooperation.

Dear sir

Please help confirm the following thing to further check this speed issue:

1. Yes all EW routers have the same issue.

2. I and users are standing right next to EW router. I tested myself

3. I did wifi optimization already - no difference.

4. What I saw is that mobile phones, notebooks, wifi cameras that using 2.4Ghz - Speed test 0Mbps

Devices that uses 5Ghz works much better and get good Speed test 40-200Mbps

Its seems like the 2.4 Ghz is having the most problems....not sure why. Maybe because Mesh is on

Dear sir

Here are some suggestions when you adjust the settings:
(1) The AP power must be appropriate and the signal is not interrupted between the aps. The ideal signal strength is -65dbm in AP coverage area edge
(2) The adjacent AP channels must be non-overlapped channel to avoid same frequency interference and packet loss. For example in non-high-density deployment scenarios, 2.4G channels are recommended to use 3 non-overlapping channels 1, 6, and 11 for planning. If it is a high-density deployment site, it is recommended to use 4 channels 1, 5, 9, and 13 for planning.
