Hello there

I get a warning like below, and I have not been able to solve it for days. I cannot transfer devices to the cloud. at the cloud login stage, it gives a warning as attached. but my username and password are correct. why can't I login.
it gives this warning. (Tip Incorrect username or password )

my cloud account and password are correct why it gives a warning. are we entering something different in this field.

The registered account can only be used for 15 days without activation. How long has it been since you registered and logged in today? Have you activated your account?
