Hi sir,
Solid orange means Initialization is complete, and the AP is establishing a CAPWAP connection with an AC.

Coba install Aplikasi Ruijie Reyee di Smartphone, kemudian lakukan Add Device dengan Scan Barcode serial number atau bisa juga dengan masuk via Cloud dan lakukan add device dengan memasukkan serial numer - tunggu sebentar, kalau sudah lampu akan menyala hijau.
