We have installed 30 AP's to the site. They are controlled via cloud. AP's are behind hotspot and they can connect to the cloud. They are working on VLAN 80 and they serve to VLAN11 also. We have approx 6 SSID s broadcasting. Most of the devices cannot connect to those SSID's. Some devices (10-15) can connect. When we try to connect via phone it says "AP temporarily full". May I ask your device model please? Have you turned on 5G priority on SSID? If yes, you can disable it and test.
