For your help, we need to grant the same user created as a subaccount two different projects hosted in the cloud. We have tried to create it from the subaccount profile but it indicates that the user has already been created.

Could you please a creenshot of the error you're encountering?
When email has been created before in the cloud, meaning it already has its own account, it will display the message.
