Title: Stateful Packet Filtering on RG-WALL 1600-Z3200-S
Hi All,

Our customer has this requirement:
“Users access to Internet must be protected with firewalls that must be able to limit traffic allowing only outbound direction from users’ segments.”

I think this is for Stateful Packet Filtering, is there documentation on how to implement this on:
Device: RG-WALL 1600-Z3200-S, Next-Generation Z Series Firewall.

Thank you,

Kind Regards,

Hi Stella,

Thank you for the prompt response.

I read page 6 and it is about the Authentication policy.
The requirement is to limit traffic allowing only outbound direction from users’ segments

I am reading further in the manual at "5.6.5 Configuring Local Defense"

RG-WALL 1600-Z-S Series Cloud-Managed Firewall NGFW_NTOS1.0R6P2 User Manual (V1.0) - Ruijie Networks

Can I use this one instead to block all traffic from outside(internet) going to local users;
And allow traffic outbound direction from local users?

Or is there a more suitable implementation for our requirement?

Thank you!

Kind Regards,
